This policy explains what happens to the information you share when you take part in an Everbuilding the Brazos interview.

What we collect

• Details you enter: your name, industry, company and any social links.
• Your answers: video recordings, voice recordings and typed text.
• Written transcripts made from your recordings.
• The date and time you agreed to these terms.

How we use it

We use your answers to write a profile article about you, which may be published online and shared on social media. We'll contact you before anything goes live. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How it's stored

Recordings and answers are kept in private storage that only our admin can access. Recordings are sent to an AI service to be turned into text, and the transcripts are used to help draft your article. Every quote is checked against what you actually said.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers for as long as we need them to write, publish and maintain your article, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your answers and recordings at any time. If your article hasn't been published yet, you can also withdraw from it. Just contact us.
